HotLizard’s vendor management solution gives configurable access to HR professionals and hiring managers. From initial job requisition NetResourcer takes internal personnel through a tailored authorisation process prior to release of the vacancy to the managing agency. The process then can either be controlled by the vendor manager or there can be a transparent release of jobs based on pre-defined business rules.

Throughout the process the hiring managers are involved in viewing candidate details, shortlisting, interview scheduling and feedback through to placement. For temporary and contract workers timesheet authorisation and monitoring spend against budget can also be provided.
