Usability Studies

When we develop our Websites and Job Boards at HotLizard, we use our experience and expertise to design and build the best solutions for user experience, engagement and conversion of visitors to applications and registrations.

We supplement this with face to face usability testing.  There is no substitute for real users being observed using the Website.  By providing users with sample functions to follow such as searching and applying for a job, trained observers can monitor their user journey, asking questions along the way, to ensure that every nuance of the site has been addressed prior to the site going live.
