RTMJobs.com was launched in March 2009 and since go-live has seen continued development from their chosen web partner HotLizard. RTMJobs.com is a bespoke job board designed and built by HotLizard which includes an advanced set of features such as:

- Candidate Tools
- Recruiter Tools
- Recruiter Directory
- Content Management System (CMS)
In addition to delivering the initial job board, HotLizard are working with RTM.Jobs on an ongoing basis to further develop the site in terms of functionality and Search Engine Optimisation.
Following the successful launch, RTMJobs.com has been nominated at the Recruitment Consultant awards 2010 for 'Best Job Board' award.
