Walker Dendle came to HotLizard in 2009 looking for a technology parter who could deliver 2 niche recruitment websites, one for financial and one for technical recruitment. The outcome was the launch of two custom Gecko Websites that have been designed to Walker Dendle's brief and include features such as:

- Interview tips and CV Advice for Candidates
- An intuitive Job Search
- Advanced Content Management System (CMS)
