In 2007 The Management Recruitment Group (MRG), approached HotLizard to implement an integrated online recruitment system to support their new recruitment consultancy specialising in senior appointments within the construction industry. Just 12 months down the line the business has rapidly expanded to over 20 consultants and two offices in Twickenham and London and a prestigious client base that boasts the likes of Atlas, Mansell and Shepherd!
To maximise their potential and provide a solid foundation for the business, MRG understood the importance of launching the business with both a strong recruitment website and seamlessly integrated recruitment management software in place. www.mrgpeople.co.uk boasts solid vacancy search functionality that is based around MRG's eight main sectors; Architecture and Planning, Construction and Infrastructure, House building, Consulting Engineers, Building Services, Facilities Management, Surveying and Property and Project Management. The site also includes featured jobs and clients, a candidate login area and jobs by email for candidates. Ontop of this, HotLizard provided their proven content administration functionality allowing selected consultants to administer banners, online polls and questionnaires, Meta information for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and website copy. MRG knew it was essential that the website was optimised for the company's growth so HotLizard also provided microsite administration to allow MRG to add and edit client microsites to the website as the business and number of client vacancies grew.
It was imperative that MRG also had a strong recruitment management application seamlessly linked to the MRG People website, minimising the administration normally associated with advertising vacancies and importing candidates. HotLizard's fully customisable web based system, NetResourcer, provides a reliable core platform for the website, allowing immediate vacancy advertising and processing of candidate applications.
