HotLizard launch the new Metzger website

HotLizard are proud to announce the go-live of the new Metzger website www.metzger.co.uk.

Metzger provides creative and practical talent management and human resource solutions to the Business, Support and Infrastructure Services sectors, working with both leading organisations and ambitious small businesses.

It was essential that the website provided a clear balance between functionality and a professional creative design to clearly reflect the Metzger brand and culture. Metzger are renowned for their consultative level of service and has grown and prospered around the belief that pursuing long term, close relationships with clients and candidates, based on mutual respect and trust, is the key to creating real value for all parties.

HotLizard implemented their highly advanced recruitment functionality including ‘Featured Jobs’, ‘Jobs by Email & RSS’, ‘Latest News’ and a powerful ‘Job Search’. When designing the website HotLizard focused on creating a clear path for candidates and clients, through user friendly navigations and calls to actions, to guide the users throughout their visit. This approach provides users with a sophisticated recruitment tool whilst reinforcing Metzger’s existing brand identity. As well as an intuitive user experience, maximising the traffic to the site was also a key objective for this project to ensure Metzger attracted a high calibre of candidates and clients in a competitive market.

All HotLizard websites are built with search engine optimisation in mind which incorporates dynamically generating relevant content and Meta information in relation to specific jobs; effectively ensuring all of the content is indexed by the search engines.

The website is now a key part of the Metzger business and the primary marketing and advertising medium for generating candidate and client enquiries. Overall this has been achieved through an innovative new design, the latest recruitment functionality and optimisation within the search engines.
