Initially founded in 1987, Lipson-Lloyd Jones has a number of years experience in legal recruitment, specifically within the private practice, in-house and professional support areas.

The Lipson Lloyd-Jones team pride themselves on offering a unique blend of insight, professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm, with the key aim of ensuring the right chemistry between client and candidate.

As a specialist within a niche area, Lipson Lloyd-Jones understands the importance of having a professional online presence whilst continuing to offer a service that shows full commitment to treating each candidate and client as individuals.

For the past 8 years, HotLizard has been Lipson Lloyd-Jones’ preferred web partner. Following HotLizard’s successful launch of its range of Gecko Recruitment Websites and Job Board Software, Lipson Lloyd-Jones decided to completely overhaul the existing site, providing them with the opportunity to upgrade to HotLizard’s latest web technology.

Lipson Lloyd-Jones decided that they wanted to customise the Gecko Website so that it is better catered for candidates needs. By purchasing the source code of the website, Lipson Lloyd-Jones was given full control over how the site looked and functioned. The HotLizard team was then commissioned to customise the site so that candidates were able to search for relevant jobs by PQE (post qualification experience), industry sector, practice type, location, and salary. By offering this level of detail in the job search criteria, it will enable candidates to easily find jobs that exactly match their background, qualifications or skills and apply for them online.

Another area that was customised for Lipson Lloyd-Jones was the resources section of the website. Within the off the shelf Gecko Website product, the resources section is designed to showcase publicly available information that is indexed by the search engines. However, Lipson Lloyd Jones were keen to provide candidates with a secure area where they can download articles and industry surveys.

This project is a great example of how scalable Gecko can be and the flexibility HotLizard offer by allowing clients to purchase the source code and customise the site to their specification.
