HotLizard provides a complete hosting, support and maintenance service for its applications to enable you to benefit from a single source supplier.  We also provide a support and maintenance service for externally hosted solutions.  All our contracts are provided under service level agremeents.

Our hosting solutions are delivered in a fully managed hosting facility with options for shared and dedicated hosting, according to requirements.  The hosting facility provides full day to day management, load balancing, backups, disaster recovery and site monitoring.

We have a help desk which is available during working hours to provide telephone and email-based assistance and a variety of maintenance contracts to provide ongoing updates and enhancements to your system
