From initial job requisition, NetResourcer can take your business functions through a tailored authorisation process prior to release of the vacancy to the recruitment department according to your specific business rules.

If your requirement is for distributed recruitment, the hiring managers can control some or all aspects of the recruitment process but still with full visibility and reporting centrally on organisational activity and performance.

Throughout the process the hiring managers are involved in viewing candidate details, shortlisting, interview scheduling and feedback through to placement. For temporary and contract workers timesheet authorisation and monitoring spend against budget can also be provided.
