Manchester based recruitment agency Connections realised just that when they won a Master Vendor contract with a highly respected, multinational corporate, so they turned to NetResourcer from HotLizard to ensure that things would run smoothly and efficiently.
The long established secretarial and clerical recruitment agency were awarded the contract by one of Manchester's largest employers, sourcing candidates for each of the banking, insurance and retail divisions within the Group, so they had some tight timescales to work to. HotLizard delivered a customised NetResourcer solution without delay, meeting their deadlines and exceeding their high expectations.
NetResourcer was extensively configured for Connections to be used as both a day-to-day recruitment management application, as well as a management tool for their Master Vendor contracts. This is an excellent example of how the flexible NetResourcer solution can be tailored for any organisation, to work exactly as it is required to work.
The core system enables their consultants to manage their recruitment process via an online interface, plus they can utilise advanced features such as Data Extraction from CVs, online timesheet functionality and web site integration. Candidates can submit their timesheets via Connections' website and these are then automatically input into the NetResourcer system.
The Master Vendor module then allows their clients to access the system via HR and Line Manager interfaces where they can approve those timesheets, view shortlists of candidates and submit their vacancies. The agency interface allows their tiered supplying agencies to submit candidates and view vacancies.
This provides Connections with full control of the entire recruitment process and enables each party involved to have visibility of the process, improving communication across the board.
By adopting NetResourcer to manage their Master Vendor contracts, Connections are now in a position to compete with the much larger agencies for future lucrative and prestigious contracts, as they ultimately have the tool to manage the complete process efficiently and successfully.
