Specialist IT recruiters ICQ Solutions wanted to streamline their recruitment process and reduce their time spent on administrative tasks, so they decided to adopt the NetResourcer recruitment management software.

As a rapidly growing business with a good knowledge of the market and a large amount of contacts in the industry, they needed to ensure that they were focussing their efforts on what they do best - recruitment - as opposed to spending time inputting data into a database and manually uploading files and CVs. NetResourcer provides them with complete management functionality of their candidates, their clients and their vacancies. Its fully relational database means that when a candidate record is updated, any other relevant records or fields are also updated, saving time and energy having to do it manually. It also enables each user to have a diary in which any events, actions and tasks can be logged. Plus there is the option of having a global diary for all consultants or specific groups to use.

NetResourcer is also integrated with their web site which allows candidates to register their details online and to submit their CV. This is automatically transferred into NetResourcer where a candidate record is created and the consultants are notified of the new candidate registration in the notifications area. This speeds up the process of candidates registering their details and saves ICQ's consultants valuable time as they don't have to manually input the information into the database.
